It was crisis management that propelled Kevin Markarian out of his native small town in the Central Valley of California. The crisis was that the local market had tanked; his management decision was to leave.

Armed with the dot-com mindset from another valley nearby, Kevin adopted the Silicon Valley mantra about embracing failure. “I was failing fast and if I'm going to fail, I might as well fail big in the big city!”

Here Kevin’s story does a fast forward to a housing market recovery in the City by the Bay. Enjoying success as a top San Francisco realtor, Kevin spotted an opportunity to disrupt the industry with a fresh approach to lead generation and lead conversion.

Keri Shull is a founder of The Keri Shull Team, the top selling real estate team in Virginia since 2015. She is also the cofounder of Hyper Fast Agent an online community for agents to get life changing training, a collaborative community and personal training & coaching for Keri and her husband, Daniel Lesniak, the best selling author of HyperLocal HyperFast Agent. Keri is passionate about giving back to real estate agents and helping them succeed on a higher level. After seeing the failure rate of agents trying to get started in the industry and the low average incomes of agents in her market and throughout the country, Keri decided to do something about it. One her own team, the majority of her agents are in the top 1% of agents nationwide after just one year. In 2018, Keri and her husband decided they could create those results for agents around the world!

Howard Tager co-founded TigerLead Solutions in 2007 and served as the company’s CEO until it's acquisition by Move Inc. in 2012. In his current role as SVP of Move & Co-Founder of the TigerLead Solutions operation, Howard oversees business development and strategy and serves as TigerLead’s chief evangelist within the nationwide community of residential real estate agents, brokers, coaches, and consultants. Most recently, and in close partnership with Move Inc., Howard has co-founded a new “next generation” performance marketing and big data technology company called Ylopo with the mission to build the world's most intuitive real estate search engine.

As an entrepreneur, investor, and executive, Howard has a successful track record of real estate investment, company growth, business development, marketing, and strategic planning. Howard began his career with LEK Consulting, an international strategic consulting firm. He went on to co-found Ivy West, an educational services company that was acquired by Sylvan Learning Systems, where Howard then served as a senior executive for several years. Howard then co-founded Whistlebox, an internet video application service provider and augmented reality video platform for websites, companies, and live events. He is a partner of the Raineth Fund, a Single Family Residence Investment Fund and he serves on the Advisory Board of Nearsay/LocalVox, a multichannel digital marketing tool and platform for local businesses and publishers.

Brittiny Howard is a realtor who has lived in the Baton Rouge area for over a decade. She believes in integrity, hard work, diligence, a commitment to her clients, and serving the community. Each year at Thanksgiving, she donates one turkey to a needy family for each property sold during the year. Brittiny began selling homes at the ripe old age of twelve, helping her mom sell their home to her best friend’s family. She took two years of architectural drafting before attending Vanderbilt University. Her years as a court reporter provides her with valuable insight into contracts. Along with a close friend, she launched a lucrative furniture refinishing company before becoming a real estate agent. Prior to her real estate career, she ran an award-winning, published photography business and practiced law. Her unique background and efforts to create genuine, lasting relationships with people has helped her become a top producing agent. Through her innovative brokerage, she is attempting to elevate the real estate practice by training her agents on creative video and marketing techniques, the art of story telling, and how to be an effective negotiator.

Outside of work, Noelle’s passions are her faith, family, and her community. She’s from northern Minnesota and obtained a law degree from William Mitchell. She’s Minnesotan, through and through.
